The low 4mm heel drop and rocker-shaped geometry helps promote quick smooth running. The roomy toe box and secure midfoot give your toes plenty of space to move naturally. 

The Altra Experience Flow 2 is for those after a lightweight daily trainer with a lower heel drop and roomy toe box. The moderate cushioning height and flexible sole encourages natural foot movement – making it a fun and flexible shoe to add to your rotation amongst other high stack rigid shoes.
