Pack Your Gear
Place the unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer mailing bag.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3-5 business days.
